Brief Answer:
Seems related to either decayed teeth or wisdom tooth.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again..

Thanks for the reply..

As per the answers that you have given to my questions, the pain can be either due to decay in the teeth or can be related to erupting wisdom teeth..

But for confirmation of the exact cause, your wife need a clinical examination as well as IOPAR [x-rays] of the painful area to confirm the exact cause and treatment can be done accordingly..

My suggestion is to get x rays of the both upper and lower teeth done and upload it so that I can evaluated it and advise you appropriate treatment so that the pain subsides..

As of now if the pain is uncontrollable she can take painkillers like Ibuprofen, Diclofenac etc.
Do cool compresses over the cheek..
She can also apply desensitizing toothpaste like Thermoseal, Sensoform, Vantej etc over the teeth and leave it for a few seconds and brush her teeth with it..

Any further queries and questions are welcome..

Thanks and regards.
