Suggest Remedy For Swollen Finger After A Course Of Antibiotics
Question: Hi, I had a ward on my left middle finger. I continued to poke at it, until it got infected. I went to the doctor and took antibiotics for two weeks, the redness and infection went away. However, the top part of my finger is a little swollen, it does not hurt, it is not hot, it is a little red, but feels uncomfortable because I cannot bend it all the way. I am getting married in three months, and feel apprehensive about needing surgery or it getting worse. I made an appointment with a Rheumatologist, but will not be able to see him for three weeks, any advice is appreciated. Thank youXXXX.
