Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Legs And Calves

Question: i have soreness in my legs all the time from hips down to my calfs. It a muscle soreness that some days is worse then others. i also have back soreness also. I had a lader scope on my back between l3 and l5 a year ago. But im back to the same symptoms as before. My legs get really sore its crazy my calfs are probley the part that gets the soressest

Thanks for posting your query.
It seems you are suffering from degenerative disc disease & it occurs due to repetitive overload or stress to the disc & it increases the risk of disc herniation & spinal canal stenosis.
This can be diagnosed after an MRI scan of the spine.
For this condition you have to do stretching & strengthening exercises in which you have to stretch tight muscle & strengthen weakened ones which will alleviate stress on the muscles.
You also need to get your serum calcium, magnesium and Vitamin D3 levels evaluated to rule out any electrolyte abnormality.
You should try local pain killer sprays. It does not seem much serious issue but pain should be controlled. There are good medicines which can be used for this purpose, your clinician would know a suitable match for you after examination
