Brief Answer:
Get examination done by your GP

Detailed Answer:
Hi Pwride.

Do not worry. Its unlikely to be cancer.

It could be a wart or a cyst. Do you have any blood in your stools or any other problem in passing stools? You should see your GP or a Doctor who can examine you. It is difficult to tell without examining as to what the lump might be. So please get it examined by a Doctor who will be able to advice you whether any investigation would be necessary or not.

Do let me know if he advises any investigation. Take care and revert back with any further queries you might have.
