Brief Answer:
You are likely to be having pain due to acute disc prolapse ( slip disc)

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.Your pain is due to acute disc prolapse. You are likely to get benefitted by rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. If pain is not relieved by this analgesic then strong analgesic such as tramadol can be useful. Mecobalamin is useful in neuralgic pain such as burning etc.
Position of rest is lateral position with both hip and knee flexed.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
