Brief Answer:
Start with Flunarizine

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Migraine is a treatable problem and what is required is life style modifications along with Medicines for 6 months to reduce the migraine severity and frequency.
If your attack is terminated now you would just need to be started on Migraine Prophylaxis that includes drugs like Flunarizine, Propanolol and Amitryptilline.
I would recommend you to ask your doctor to prescribe you Zolmitriptan nasal spray for relief from Acute attack of migraine not responding to routine pain killers and sleep.

Now for Acute muscular pain, your doctor is treating you right with local pain killer gels. Hot fomentation is the most effective therapy for such spasms.
I would also advice you oral pain killers and muscle relaxants only in case you are not responding to the treatment.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE

I THINK I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING ABOUT MIGRAINES.

IT HAS BEEN A STATEMENT AS YOU POSSIBLY FEEL THAT MY MIGRAINES ARE NOT NORMAL AND I HAVE TOO MANY. I AM THINKING VERY POSITIVELY THAT WHAT I AM FEELING SINCE TUESDAY IS NOT A NORMAL THINK, AND BECAME A NORMAL THINK AFTER A YEAR.

IS NOT THAT like Flunarizine, Propanolol and Amitryptilline. PROPANOLOL A DIFFERENT CLASS OF MEDICATIONS?

I guess the reason that I wrote was not because I have a migraine, it was because this was a migraine that turned into something else, and now has saturated the left side of my head.

Thank you for your help.

Do you think that this part of my neck ache part of my migraine, as this am my entire left side of my face and neck are throbbing. I have also her of spinal stesosis I am probably needing to go to the Dr. what is the first medication you mentioned. Again, what would your

Brief Answer:
Migraine related.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, People suffering from Migraine frequently get anxious and start having Tension headaches which can cause neck stiffness and the symptoms you mentioned in your first post.
Here what is important is migraine prophylaxis.
The 3 drugs I have mentioned are frequently used for Migraine issues and they all are different class of drugs. My personal preference is to start with Flunarizine and Amitryptilline and later to add the third one if there is no relief.
I would highly recommend you to take treatment for Migraine prophylaxis and your neck problem won't turn back.
I hope I answered your query.
Please ask me if you have any other query.
