Brief Answer:
Consulat a neurologist for examination and start treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Lisalynnpitbull ,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You seems to be having cervical spondylosis like symptoms. Other possibility may be migraine involving posterior region with associated neck pain.
If you are having nausea, vomiting, photophobia, photophobia, aggravations with fasting, chocolate then you should take treatment for migraine.
For cervical issues you should visit a neurologist and get evaluated.
Physiotherapy in initial stages with pain killer spray will help.
Pain modulators like pregabalin, gabapentin or amitriptyline may also help.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Dr Neeraj Kumar
