Suggest Remedy For Severe Nausea And Vomiting During Pregnancy

Question: Hi doctor.
I m 60 days pregnant and I have very severe vomiting n nausea. During 6th week I was taking doxinate tablets which doesn't help at all and I was admitted due to severe dehydration due to vomiting. From then using emeset 4 tablets twice daily which helps me to some extent but still I vomit and I have nausea .
please suggest if consuming emeset 4 is safe or should I try some other medicine.

Other then this,
1. Take small meals frequently.
2. Try to take adequate fluids.
3. Eat dry snacks like toast and biscuits in morning before getting out of bed.
4. Avoid fatty and spicy foods.
5. You can combine antacid drugs like omeprazole (safe in pregnancy).
