Question: hi doctor,

i have ED problem and when i consulted a urologist he advised me that i get tazzle 10 and t worked perfectly. but the side effects are immensly worse. heavy hairfall, puffy face sudden weight gain and indigestion have been a frequest symptoms. can u give me a suggestion on any other tablet with no side effects.last year i went through cirsumcision as i was having trouble with tight foreskin

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction and have been advised to take Tazzel (Tadalafil 10 mg as on demand .

All the drugs that are being prescribed in ED belong to a group of drugs called Phosphodiesterase Inhibitors and all these drugs have side effects like headache ,dizziness ,nasal congestion etc But one gets accustomed to all these side effects gradually .

Thank you doctor. That answers my question but the only thing I was concerned about is heavy weight gain with this tablet and when I stop it for a month or do I keep loosing weight again but my Ed problem keeps coming back

no sir i have and i did consult a nutritionist about this. i came to this conclusion after significant amount of testing. over a year or so. my diet stayed the same when i have reduced my weight or even gained it, the only thing that changed is consumption of this tablet thats why i was concerned to take this any more. thinking there might be a better choice.but there is something i want to add to this. when i get good erection and masturbate after a few seconds all the nerves around the testicle and thighs pain a lot is this common. is this some how connected to my badminton excercise. any precautions or medication u want to suggest.
