Question: I am suffering from constipation due to which I can't go motion so hw do I get rid of tat? It seems I have small fissure

Since one month I have dis problem I took cremagel to apply in anal region and I took ayurvedic ointment hadensa with capsules and finally I am taking haridra ayurvedic formula for fissure since 20days I consulted general surgeon and today I consulted general physician coz I got high fever and she gave lactifibre for free motion

Thanks for your feedback, which added to my knowledge that you have used Cremagel locally, Hadensa cap and ointment, Haridra and Lactifiber from today, you also have high fever.
I would advise you the following:
Lactifiber dosages to be adjusted to give you soft stool. Laxative for softening the stool- never allow the dose too much to cause liquid stools.
High fiber diet but have normal home-made food.
Avoid all the foods and beverages and stress-like conditions which gives constipation.
Sitz bath- very important- just before passing a stool and after passing a stool. And in the evening too.
Clean the area very clear of the fecal soiling that remains after cleaning; use cotton soaked in the same water to clean.
You can apply liquid povidone iodine locally. You may please continue Cremagel to be applied locally twice daily.
5 day course of an antibiotic and metronidazole on prescription of a local Doctor.
Add probiotics and multivitamins.
Avoid stress and mental tensions at any cost; this is a very important factor.
If you please maintain all this well, you can easily get cured.

I took lactifibre yesterday night but I din get motion today. It's gvng me a stress and mental tension. Since two days I din go motion. Wt do I do?? Pls help with me with a immediate remedy and gv a remedy tat will cure completely my problem! And wt antibiotic ur suggesting me??
