Brief Answer:
Its old healed lesion. Not related to present cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Fibrotic opacities in left upper zone, is possibly a old healed lesion. As it is fibrous, which means, old lesion. Not to worry about it.
2. For back pain, X-ray of vertebrae would be helpful. At this age, vertebrae fractures, compression etc, requires evaluation.
3. Painkillers like celcoxib might be helpful in reducing pain. If more test results like complete hemogram, serum calcium level, along with investigations related to vertebrae required for further opinion.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

Brief Answer:
X-ray of spine and attach reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for replying.

I unable to see the report, try to attach it again. If unable to, you can mail the same to YYYY@YYYY with subject as "Attention to Dr. Jyothi B L"

I am not sure about upper back or lower back pain. X-ray of spine of the specific location is necessary. Exact location of pain, based on that, investigation can be advised.

Ultrasound abdomen will be helpful if there is any lower back ache. Abnormal periods, whitish discharge etc or any blood in urine, usually these causes can cause back ache, without spine abnormalities.

Do get back with reports and more clinical details.
