Question: I've had pretty severe back pain and mild long bone aches all week. Last night I was cold then hot, then cold, but no fever. I've also had a full feeling in my abdomen , like I need to poop , but I dont. And I've had mild fatigue but nothing that has kept me out f the gym or from daily activities.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be viral fever followed by reactive arthritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I think you suffered from viral infection followed by reactive arthritis. Now for relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C help in recovery. If joint pain persist after 7 days then I generally give injection triamcilone 40 mg intramuscular for reactive arthritis with good results to persons coming my clinic. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
