Suggest Remedy For Severe Abdominal Pain

Question: It started this week. Late at night ive been getting these stomach hunger pains like go eat go eat. I eat well. No im not have sex necause my husband deployed . Ive been working out 3-4 x week . Exercise alot . Eat reg basis . Is my nutrition low ?

To my opinion you should perform:
- upper endoscopy
- blood work especially blood sugar level.
- abdominal ultrasound
Meantime I suggest doing:
- eat often and small amount of meal
- avoid spicy chilly foods
- avoid alcohol and smoking
- avoid unnecessary stress
- use PPI like Prilosec OTC

Hi back,
First of all you should do upper endoscopy to determine the diagnosis.
Meantime as I mentioned above you should:
- avoid alcohol, smoking,
- avoid unnecessary stress
- avoid spicy and chilly foods
- start to use PPI's(like Prilosec) treatment to decrease stomach acid production and to help healing stomach mucosa.
