Question: I have tiny red spots which turn to brown like a mole I have this nearly 15yrs I have no irritation or growth in the mole

I have gone through the uploaded images as well.
These possibly represent benign nevi.Colour changes are possible in such moles
Change in colour is alone not alone an indicator of skin malignancy/melanoma.
Any change which can cause significant changes together in appearance, border, colour, size and depth have to be warranted for further evaluation.
Since you have been for asymptomatic for 15 long years, you need not worry as of now.Just keep an eye on them.
As of now you do not need further investigations.
