Brief Answer:
It can be musculoskeletal pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be musculoskeletal pain. Costochondritis of ribs can cause such pain. Stretching chest or pressing on chest can elicit pain in such case. Any how it is better to have an ECG (EKG) to rule out cardiac cause of pain. If all this came after the episode of anxiety then it can be due to that also.

If costochondritis then applying gels containing NSAIDs like diclofenac or ketoprofen and methyl salicylate will be helpful. Also get warm showers. Taking vitamin B12 supplements will be good also,

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
