Brief Answer:
You should visit a Gastroententerologist for evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). Since one year is passed with this persistent diarrhoea, I will suggest you to visit a Gastroenterologist for evaluation. You may require among these depending upon detail history and examination like stool examination, bllod test like complete haemogram, thyroid profile, liver function tests, test for wheat allergy, endoscopy etc.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.

Brief Answer:
Take loperamide, rifaximin, librax and avoid dairy products

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. It is nice to hear that all the tests were normal. So it may be Irritable bowel syndrome with predominant diarrhoea. (IBS-D). I will suggest you to take antisecreotry agent like loperamide which comes in tablet form of 2mg tablet. You may start with 1 tab twice a day, and titrate dose according to the response. Also take tablet like librax and tablet rifaximin. Avoid dairy products completely. Continue with providac.Stop taxim-o. This all I found very useful in my patients with chronic diarrhoea without any cause.
