Brief Answer:
it appears to be athletes foot

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query and the pictures.
You might have a severe athletes foot infection which is caused by fungus. Treatment of this condition might require time especially in cases where the infection is severe. Your working condition is one of the main predisposing factor.

The scaling and discoloration will take time to respond to treatment and you must follow these instructions for quick recovery.
Keep your feet dry, especially between your toes. Do not wear shoes all the time at home. Change socks regularly. Wear cotton socks and avoid synthetic socks. Wear light, well-ventilated shoes. Protect your feet in common places where they can get wet like washrooms, pools and common showers. Do not scratch or rub it, antiperspirant powder will be beneficial. Apply antifungal powder between toes and on your feet before wearing socks and after you get home. Don't share shoes with any one else.

I, after thorough examination, would have treated you with antifungal cream like clotrimazole and oral antifungal tablet (fluconazole).

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
