Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

The pain in upper chest and neck on both sides at your age can be due to spondilitis that is bony problems of cervical spine, presence cervical ribs or posture related muscle strains.
You should get X-rays of Neck and Chest and then consult a physician of your locality.

I hope the advice will be helpful for you.
