Brief Answer:
Possible lungs infection,need further tests...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms are indicative for possible lung infection. I highly recommend to run following tests:
- chest X-ray
- respiratory function test
- complete blood count
- physical examination (ausculation of lungs)

Depending on the results, specific treatment will be prescribed.
