Brief Answer:
Possible causes

Detailed Answer:
Good day,

Noted yoir concern. Pain in feet could be neuropathy related itself. There is another condition called plantar fascitis in diabetes which can present with similar pain in feet. Achiles tendinitis is another such problem. To differentiate between these, you need to see a qualified podiatrist and foot speciailist. You should also get a vitamin D level and thyroid blood works done.

Low grade fever and pain in arms seems to be due to a viral infection. This can precipitate/worsen the pain in feet . Have you had any recent blood works for diabetes??

If the fever persists, please get a CBC, CRP and Urine routine tests. For now, you may take Paracetamol. However, if feet pain is not controlled by paracetamol, then we may need to consider drugs like Gabapentin or Pregabalin. Consider physiotherapy as well.

Please wait for fever to settle before you meet a podiatrist and physio.

regards
Binu
