Brief Answer:
Normal if recently done

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

If the procedure has been done recently, it can be normal as it would have been penetrative by catheters through and through or tunnel or opening for the passage of IVC would have been dilated. If it has been more than 1-2 weeks since procedure or if you are having breathing difficulty, consult your surgeon and have ultrasound done to rule out any puss accumulation or bleeding hematoma.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you dont have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions. Regards.
