Brief Answer:
Not a problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for posting in Health care magic.

Firstly, I want to mention that normally babies used to sleep in the day time and remain awake in the womb. This cycle does not change even after 4 months of birth. Thus for few more days this night problem will remain which may be a problem for you but not for your baby who wants to be played with during that time.

As per feeding, babies require 2-3 hourly breastfeeding regularly even at night. Thus its normal for babies to get up at night for feeds.

Lastly I want to impress that there is no problem, just continue to give frequent breastfeeding.

During cry you may use colicaid drop 10 drops which will relieve if there is any tummy spasm. You can discuss about this your doctor.

hope this helps.
