Brief Answer:
You can change the anti-emetic drug.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

Nausea and vomiting or morning sickness which is quite common in the early weeks of pregnancy but no need to worry much as it will get subsided as pregnancy progresses.

Try to eat small quantity of food more frequently which is better than eating large quantity at a time.Means have 6 small meals per days rather than 3 large meals per day.

Prefer the food you like which can decrease the vomiting to some extent.

You can take dry foods like biscuits etc in the early morning instead of liquids. Avoid oily preparations.

If you are taking doxinate and which is not working to control vomiting then you can change to some other anti-emetic drug as there are very good alternatives to it like

1) Ondansetron-Zofran or
2) Promethazine or
3) Domperidome or
4) Prochlorperazine 25 mg after consulting your treating doctor or gynecologist.

If you have persistent vomiting where you are not able to retain any food or water then you might have to get admitted in hospital and receive IV fluids/drip with anti-emetics injections.

Hope this will help.

Regards,
