Brief Answer:
Give Nasoclear drops

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns but don't worry. You may use nasoclear or otrivin saline nasal drops containing normal saline. You may use them as and when required for blocked nose. These are non medicated and thus safe for use in infants.

There is no need to give Atarax. You may continue with steam and room humidifier when the child sleeps.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
