Brief Answer:
tablet estrogen and progesterone is advisable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Sorry for late response.
There are so many causes for primary amenorrhoea( not getting menses even once naturally).

To diagnosis, i advise several tests to our patients like ultrasound, hormone testing LH,FSH,thyroid, serum prolactin.

If possible kindly upload all reports. So that it will be easy for me to come on exact diagnosis and suggest you management.

If you are responding with birth control pills,it suggests that there is hormone dysfunction due to ovarian insufficiency.

You should take estrogen .625 mg and progesterone 10 mg for last 14 days rather than combined oral contraceptives pills.as it has less side effects( prescription drug). Consult your Gynecologist

Along with this you should take tablet calcium and vitamin D3 too to prevent osteoporosis ( to weaken bones).

Hope it helps.

Happy to hear from you soon.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
take birth control pills as advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Sorry for late response,

I have gone through your reports.

My suggestion for you is that you should take tablet estrogen and progesterone ( prescription drug) for long time till you complete your family.

In some cases, with time patients start menstruating.

You can go for marriage because it is a gud sign that you are responding with birth control pills.

Hope it helps.

Feel free to ask further. Close the discussion if do not have no more query.

Thanks.
