Brief Answer:
gut infection or acid peptic disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am

I had gone through your question diligently and I can understand your concern very well

I see patients with such complaints routinely in my clinic and I will also help you as well in best possible way

left lower abdominal pain with bowel movement could be related to any of following

gastroenteritis or gut infection
acid peptic disease
worm infestation
indigestion or mal absorption

i would like further information to help you better
Since how long you are having this problem
are you having excessive gas or acid reflux like burping
how's your appetite

in my opinion you should get your stool test for ova cyst or parasites and blood test for hemoglobin CBC liver function test and blood sugar

if it persists even after the course of antibiotics than it could be acid peptic disease than in such a case you may require an upper GI endoscopy to rule out gastritis or stomach ulcer

you can ask your doctor for anti acidity medicines
avoid fatty fried and spicy junk food or carbonated drinks
have plenty of fresh fruits and fruit juices

I hope you will find my response helpful and informative
further queries are most welcome
Regards

Brief Answer:
Fracture may occur due to post menopausal osteoporosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
thanks for your reply

compound fracture at this age may occur due to post menopausal osteoporosis as bones gets weaker and easily fractured following a trivial trauma

if you can upload me your CT scan report I will definitely tell you in detail what kind of fracture you have

meanwhile observe strict immobilisation
don't walk or exercise until diagnosis confirmed
Have vitamin D and calcium supplements
