I have got your details and would like to help you out of the current problem.

The stated symptoms could most possibly due to an allergic response to some agent of which you might not be aware. Please check if you have changed bed linen or have been using any new night dress. Secondly, please also note the location of the rash. Is it only on the exposed areas or is present elsewhere too?

It would really be helpful if you upload the pics of the rash from close distance as well as from a distance of about one foot.

Under the present conditions, I would have suggested the following measures to any patient of your age group:

1 Keep the parts covered with cotton garments
2 Stop using soap/ deodorants/ perfumes
3 Sponge with plain water frequently
4 Not to use tar cream or ice packs but continue with cortisone cream as often as needed
5 Try changing your bed for a few days
6 Using anti-allergic like Levocetirizine 5 mg a day or comparable compounds to relieve itching.
7 Have simple food, home cooked, without preservatives.
