Brief Answer:
It can be scabies

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us.

Based on the history and image you have shared, it appears to be scabies. You need to have complete blood picture, ESR and CRP to rule out allergic causes leading to eosinophil increase and platelets count to rule out these spots as petechiae.

After discussing with your GP, Use permetherine or benzyl benzoate lotions, to be applied on whole body except sensitive parts, after taking bath with XXXXXXX warm water. Change the clothes. Wash your bedding and clothings in hot water and expose them to direct sun light for 3 days. Repeat this treatment for three days and see in case of any improvement. Meanwhile use anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine for itching. If no improvement seen consult your dermatologist.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
