Brief Answer:
Fever not yet diagnosed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

I went through your post and the reports attached. Accordingly, the exact cause of your fever is not yet diagnosed. You have been empirically given course of antibiotic including Cefixime and ofloxacin orally but you don't have remission of fever.

In the context of raised SGOT/SGPT, possibilities are Acute Viral Hepatitis, Malarial hepatitis or Leptospirosis.

I suggest to do serum bilirubin ;peripheral smear for malarial parasite and Rapid malaria antigen for P.Vivax and P.Falciparum and IgM and IgG for Leptospira. An Ultrasound abdomen and X-ray chest PA view won't be out of place in view of unspecified fever for now 12 days.

Meanwhile you can continue Zocef 500 mg as prescribed by your doctor.
