Proper treatment / Keep following

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The range for the upper figure (Systolic) is 90 to 140 mm Hg.
The range for the lower figure (Diastolic) is 60 to 90 mm Hg.
Your pressure is on the higher side.. whatever the cause, it needs treatment
Betacap is propranolol – a beta adrenergic blocker / it is useful both for anxiety and blood pressure
Continue to take it / keep following up / you are in good hands…

Stress and anxiety also need to be addressed. Psychological assessment and assistance can help. Yoga, relaxation techniques are useful and may be taught by them…

Your triglyceride level is not alarming – Normal = less than 150 / Borderline = 150 to 199.
Eat fewer calories / Limit natural sugars:
Eat small, frequent meals and do not skip meals
Avoid late-night snacking
Add omega-3 fats in your diet
Lose weight if you are overweight
Do regular physical activity – at least half an hour a day / 5 days in a week
______________________________________________________________

Your cholesterol is not alarming… LDL is bad cholesterol – lower, the better / 100 (in ischemia, 70) is the aim.
Need Life style changes - weight to normal / No tobacco or alcohol / Diet and exercise

Repeat the tests in 2 to 3 months
If still high, you need drugs (manufactured in the liver, determined by heredity.)
Statin is the first choice.

Prognosis is generally excellent in such situations

Good luck

No need to worry
It is not life-threatening
