Brief Answer:
Probable Acid reflux disease?UGIE is needed in your case for confirmation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam.

I understand your query and concern.

The symptoms in your case are probably related to Acid reflux disease/GERD.

This heartburn has to be evaluated through an Upper Gastrointestinal endoscopy/UGIE (With a Rapid urease test/RUT)along with 24 hr pH manometry studies.

This will accurately determine the necessary interventions to be done .

RUT test will identify the need for anti H.pylori antibiotics.

Meanwhile Antacids like Nexpro fast-Esmaprazole once a day on empty stomach for 21 days will help.

Thank you.
