Question: I think I have an external hemroid, every time I have a bowel movement this huge bulge comes out. What kind of doctor should I see for this and what can be done?

Is this something I can cure myself with A hemorrhoid cream and if I increase my fiber? What concerns me is that the picture I sent is actually they look really small compared to what it looks like immediately after a bowel movement, it's so much bigger.
