Brief Answer:
Diabetes mellitus...

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for posting!

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

Based on your symptoms, I think that your symptoms are caused by Type 2 Diabetes mellitus.
To improve your health condition you should follow these guidelines:
1. Avoid foods that contain sugar and carbohydrates such as bread, pasta, desserts, potatoes, etc.
2. Eat a lot of vegetables and green fruits.
3. Physical exercises are also recommended in these cases.

The diagnosis of this condition is easily determined by HbA1c test.
A complete blood count is necessary in order to rule out a possible anemia.
An urine test(for checking kidney condition) and a lipid test(cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL and LDL levels) are also necessary.

The results of the above tests will help your endocrinologist in determining the treatment.

Ask me for anything unclear.

Wish you good health.
Dr. Behar.
