My Dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us
Your problem is dry eye. These problems are accentuated by straining computer work, which you can not avoid.
Basically treatment consists of eye drops and gel formulations as well as supporting tt like vitamin supplementation, all this you have already been doing. It is just this that you will do it more vigerously now.
Other than the actual defect, there are various factors tha proble which you have to understand,While you strain and are very attentive during your computer work, your blinking is reduced, this leads to more dryness as you need frequent blinking to keep the cornea moist.
Added to that is dryness produced by air condetioning.
Having a fair idea of pathogenesis of your problem, let us discuss what do you have to do.
Fequent blinking,is paramount.Along with instillation of drops
5mt break every half hour to give rest to the eyes along with full range of eye movement to improve circulation in the skeletal muscles .
Life style management, including proper diet with viamin supplementation, exercise ,yoga and rest.
Follow these regulerly and please do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.

Sir,
if you can suggest me vitamins externally, which may be suitable for my problem(with brand name and quantity) along with any other dryness removal eye drop suppliments, other than my previous use,may be helpful for me.
In addition to it,i want to focus more and more in my study part as this includes my job profile,so any external medicines or suppliments (i.e enhancing focus and support in eye dryness reduction) if you suggest, will be certainly supportive for me.

Detailed Answer:
My Dear,
Thanx for getting back to us.
Oral multivitamins as i mentioned will help your eyes from inside as well.
Other than the local drops and lubricating gels advised next step is to preserve the tears formed. This is achieved by blocking the drainage channels called punctal blockage where the draining punctum is occluded. These are small surgical procedures which are recomended for patients who are not responding to local treatment.
Continue with lubricating drops like systen and gel like Genteal will help yor along with multivitaminsand rest of the management i told you about..
Punctal occlusion can be considered later on.
Please do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.
