Brief Answer:
Atopic dermatitis or Allergic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing to us. I saw the picture you have attached.
The description and the image looks more like atopic dermatitis.

This is allergic in nature. The triggers for such a rash could be

A. Powder application on face.
Strictly avoid powder application on face.

B. Milk esp formula allergy.
Try changing formula and see if it helps.
Always prepare formula fresh everytime and discard remaining solution.

C. Insect bites like mosquitoes.
Try putting your baby under net.
Odomos can be applied but not below wrist.

Continue the Sebamed lotion.
The rash will settle soon.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Wishing your child good health.

We don't use powder on face. But we use pure mastered oil in whole body. We are using NAN1 since his birth; do you recommend to change it?
Is this allergy will settle in night and appears in daytime? any particular reason behind this?

Please let me know if we could take any other precautions besides what you suggested to keep him uninfected.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
avoid oil

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Avoid mustard oil.
Change nan pro to Similac advanced.
It might help

The daytime increase is associated with allergies as human body's allergic defence is weak.in day ( endogenous steroid levels are low in the morning)

Apply moisturizing lotion like dermadew along with sebamed which cleans the skin.
Bathing frequently even two or three times daily will keep skin healthy.

We store breast milk in feeding bottle to give him; Sometimes we store it for 5-6 hrs. Please let me know how long can we store breast milk? Also we give him breast milk in room temperature only, is it ok? Is it creating any problem as far as allergy is concerned? Please advice the needful.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
you can.store upto 8 hours

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Breastmilk can.be stored upto 8 hours in refrigerator not in room temperature.

But don't feed and keep the same feeding.bottle.with remaining milk.
Always transfer stored milk to new bottle, discard left over in the fed bottle.
I.don't think that this is causing allergy. Try paladai or spoon feeding which is anyday better than bottle feeding.
