Suggest Remedy For Depression And Anxiety

Question: Hello, I live in Ca. and just had a thyroid test with my primary physician. He looked at the results and gave me a copy. He said my mental condition (depression/anxiety) is not caused by my thyroid however, after looking at the results and doing some research on my own, I not so sure that he is correct. I don't think he is an expert on these matters like you are. I was wondering if I can scan and send in my results and ask for your opinion. I will of course pay for this consultation. I just want to know if I should try and see a local endocrinist. I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you

Brief Answer:
Thyroid

Detailed Answer:
I follow your question.

I would be glad to look to any scanned attachment.

You are correct in surmising that endocrinologists are specially trained in handling thyroid conditions in addition to other hormone related problems.

I have mentioned a couple endocrinologists near you. You may wish to see them in person too. But just call first to confirm they are practising clinical (adult) endocrinologists.
