Brief Answer:
Dark upperlip skin after antibiotic allergy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. As you had an antibiotic allergy it should be treated with anti histamines like Levocetirizine orally till the symptoms subside. Skin darkening of face can be related to pregnancy which is melasma or even antibiotic hypersensitivity.

Your darkening of skin on face and acne can be treated with creams with combination of hydroquinone tretinoin and corticosteroid like mometasone. But sunlight exposure should be avoided while using that. These should be taken under doctor's supervision. It is better to get a dermatology consultation for this.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing is unclear.
Thanks

Thanks Dr.,
As i have already told u that I am currently using clearz max+vanusia (combination of HQ+hydrocortisone+tretinoin) and sun block, but not getting response. Hypersensitivity to antibiotic is subside only left post inflammatory hyperpigmentation on upper lips.

It wud be better if u suggest me name of cream or lotion (medicated) for upper lips darken skin, fairness and acne problem......that I was expecting from you. Which sunscreen wud be better for acne prone skin.

waiting for ur answer.

Brief Answer:
medicated lotion and sunscreen

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for your follow up.
If you were my patient in such condition i advise creams which have hydroquinone and tretinoin with more potent steroid like Flucinolone acetonide than the one you use now hydrocortisone which will be more helpful. At least 8 weeks of duration of treatment is usually needed and sun avoidance or sunscreen application is necessary.

Regarding sunscreen better for acne prone skin i would recommend Sunscreens like Anthelios 60 which has good skin tolerance and anti oxidant property or Neutrogena clear face break out free.

Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.I am happy to help you.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
About application, fairness cream, Pimples,sunscreen

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for your follow up.
You should apply the clear z XXXXXXX only on the darkened skin. For pimples i recommend nicomide cream or gel.

Regarding sunscreen lotions: you can use one suitable for oily skin.Usually available ones other than i mentioned before are sebamed suncare 50 (ph 5.5), Suncotel gel spf 30 or Proactive daily protection spf30. These all are available world wide.Even the neutrogena is available everywhere in XXXXXXX

For fairness you can use lactocalamine which most dermatologist prefer.or you can use over the counter available ones like Nivea visage spark glow, Loreal pearl perfect or neutrogena fine fairness. These all usually block melanin and provide fairness.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if any thing not clear.
