Brief Answer:
See detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Cipla8x contains ciclopirox, an anti fungal agent used in treatment of dandruff.

Check whether you had applied it correctly or not. This has to be applied after wetting the hair and scalp. The shampoo should reach not only the hair but also the scalp. Leave for 3-5 minutes after application and then wash off. Be careful to avoid eye contact. This has to be done twice weekly (every three days) for at least 4 weeks.

If no improvement even after 4 weeks of application, the diagnosis has to be confirmed by a dermatologist. If diagnosis is correct, we can try other drugs like ketaconazole shampoo. Your doctor will guide you in this.

Meanwhile, keep your hair and scalp as dry as possible. Avoid excessive sweating. Dry well after showering.
