I have gone through the details and do understand your concern well.

Bronchiolitis is an acute self limiting viral infection of respiratory tract.It is more common in children between age of 3 months to 2 years.

In this condition viral infection causes damage to the respiratory epithelium and recovery starts with healing/regeneration of epithelium which starts after 3-4 days.

In most of the cases complete recovery usually occur within 7-10 days,longer in few cases.As it is of mild mature in your baby I hope he should recover within 7-10 days.

Management is conservative and same as advised by your doctor.

Repeated viral respiratory infection/bronchiolitis is common in this age and it is difficult to predict the future outcome or whether there are chances of asthma in future.

Some of babies who recover from acute bronchiolitis may have an increased frequency of wheezing in future.

Presence of positive family history,atopy and raised serum IgE level;all these are predictors of long term outcome with increased chances of recurrent wheeze.

I suggest you to continue with the same treatment,give frequent feeds to the baby and consult your pediatrician in case of worsening in general or respiratory condition.

I wont get worried if there is no rapid breathing,baby is accepting feeds well and is active/playful.
You may continue nebulisation for few more days.
Ambrolite S contains salbutamol and it is a bronchodilator which helps in relieving wheeze.
I hope he would recover with these treatment in next few days.
