Suggest Remedy For Cold And Fever

Question: My son is 4 year 4 month old. He having common cold and fever (102 F) last week. Doctor pescribe maxtra P (5 ml 3 times for 3 days.) bt his fever has gone in 2days. bt i complite 3 dys . Extra 1 day dose was any side effect for my son.
