Brief Answer:
Do not worry the infection is self limiting

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

I am doing fine and hope you too are fine.

Majority of respiratory infection in children are viral in origin and self limiting. There is no cause for concern if the following criteria are fulfilled
1. Absence of high grade fever(fever more than 39.4)
2. Chest is clear
3. baby is accepting feeds well
4. Sleeps well

I would suggest you the following

1. Steam inhalation: Use a electronic steamer, keep it far away from baby and keep it on in the room where baby sleeps. It will be very soothing to baby

2. Apply Vicks Vaporub over the shirt( do not apply it directly over the skin)

3. Continue using Sinarest drops and normal saline drops as advised.

4. Keep baby warm

5. Continue exclusive breast feeding

6. Change the bedsheet daily where the baby sleeps( wash the clothes of baby baby detergent followed by rinsing thoroughly in hot water)

7. Increase the frequency of Normal saline drops: 3 drops in each nose 5-6 times a day

Take care Brother

Regards
Deepak
