Brief Answer:
Respiratory tract infection...needs treatment and special care!!!

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the consultation at my virtual clinic!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns today and will put my best efforts to get you out of this situation.

PROBABILITIES:-
This seems to be respiratory tract infection and needs special care and medications. Most of the times it is a viral infection in the start and needs no antibiotics. But if prolonged, as in your case, it is needed to start with antibiotics.

MANAGEMENT (some may need a prescription from your local doctor):-
Azithromycin by mouth.
Fexet-D by mouth.
Ibuprofen by mouth.
Montelukast at night to be taken by mouth.
A cough syrup available Over the counter.

Other considerations:-
Take steam inhalation.
Keep a warm mist vaporizer in your bedroom with vicks pads in it. It will soothe your breathing and nasal stuffiness will be lessened too.
Take plenty of water to drink.
More vegetables, fruits and salads.
No beverages, fried and junk foods.
Remain physically active.

Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you with expert opinion. Brief Answer:
These are all generic names. No brand name in them except Fexet-D!!!

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back & thanks for the consultation at my virtual clinic!

All the medicines written above are generic names. Only Fexet-D is a brand name and its generic is "Fexofenadine with Pseudoephedrine".

You need these medications urgently. No alternative to them. I am unsure of the possibility if you can get them over the counter from your local drugstore or not.

Also I want to add; do gargles with any suitable mouthwash like Scope or Listerine.
