LRTI, tablet augmenting and capsule omez

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information, it might be lower respiratory tract infection, but an examination is must to confirm this. So I would suggest you to see physician for evaluation and confirmation.

I would have done the examination and asked for chest X-ray, if he had LRTI, I would have prescribed him Tablet augmentin ( combination of amoxicillin and clavulanate 625 mg twice daily for 5 days, capsule omez 20 mg daily before breakfast for 5 days, and reviewed after that.

I would also will suggest you to drink plenty of water, avoid oily food. With all these you should be fine.

Hope this helps.
I'll be glad to clear your further queries.
Take care.
