Brief Answer:
Sounds like intertrigo to me

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I think what you are experiencing is intertrigo, which is a condition in which a rash occurs between skin folds (commonly seen in places like armpits, abdominal folds, between toes, beneath breasts, genital region, etc.

Following are my suggestions to help you return to good health:

+Keep the region dry and clean at all times
+Avoid keeping it covered with clothing or socks
+Dry the region properly after a shower
+You can also use a hair-dryer set on cool to dry the region
+If the area is infected (then antibiotics may be required)
+Oral tablets of terbinafine
+Topical application of clotrimazole cream
+Lose weight if you are obese or overweight

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
