Brief Answer:
Rispridone,Lorazepam and tiapride,see below

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I can understand your situation as your mother in trouble.

She is irritable and sometimes delirious due to underlying medical condition. To control her behavioral problems following can be used alone or in combination.

Risperidone 1 mg half tablet two times or Tiapride 25 mg three times a day.

Above both medicines are antipsychotic and control agitation. Discuss about these medication with your treating doctor.

At night she can be given 1 mg lorazepam. It is short acting benzodizepines without affecting her alertness much as she has operated. Lorazepam can be increased up to 2 mg fif seep inadequate with 1 mg.

Continue levera and neksium.

If not controlled with antipsychotic, Sodium valproate can be used also.

If sever behavioral disturbance is there, injection lorazepam or injection haloperidol+phenargen can be used on required basis.

Please ask her treating doctor for above options.

Hope I have answered your query,

I will be happy to help further if any.
regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
