Brief Answer:
Stomach ulcer/galbladder issues,,,

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all your concerns and I understood your query.

You are reporting to have abdominal pain under the sternum that irradiates on back and pelvis area.
Your symptoms seems to be related with:
- stomach ulcer/acid reflux
- gallbladder/pancreatic issues
To my opinion you need to be evaluated with :
- Upper endoscopy
- abdominal ultrasound
- blood work
- urine analysis.
You are reporting that you have done MRI and X ray, please can you upload to me your medical reports. So I can give you a more accurate opinion.
Meantime I suggest to start PPI 's treatment like Prilosec OTC.

Wish you all the best!
