Brief Answer:
Pain might be muscular origin

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
I am happy to know that urine pregnancy test is positive and reports are good.
In my opinion pain might be due to muscle cramps or excess physical strain like bending or lifting weights or intercourse.
Usually in pregnancy the muscle cramps are seen due to calcium insufficiency in the body.It occurs due to excess calcium needed by the growing fetus.
Constipation is also routinely seen in pregnancy due to progesterone hormone. And it might also cause similar symptoms.
As the pain is not associated with spotting mostly it might be muscular origin or constipation.
So I suggest you the following things and observation for 1 or 2 days.
1)Take adequate rest.Avoid physical strain and also intercourse.
2)Drink adequate fluids upto 2 to 3 litres to avoid constipation and urine infections.
3)Take paracetamol 500 mg tablet for pain when needed.
4)Take 2 glasses of milk daily for calcium.
If pain subsides no need to go to doctor immediately and you can visit on your appointment day.But consult doctor if pain doesn't subside or pain increase or any back pain start or any spotting is seen.
Nothing to worry for now.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr.srilatha
