Question: I had an ablation about 6 yrs ago and have not had any bleeding since that time, but now after 6 yrs, I started spotting with a light pink discharge for about 2 days and now it is a brown color discharge and also having a little bit of cramping. Should I contact my Dr. about this? What could it mean?

Brief Answer:
You should contact with your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

Most common reasons of postmenopausal hemorrhage is from atrophy of vagina, this due of female hormonal lack.
But we can't exclude any serious reason as endometrial hyperplasia.
Hence contact with your doctor for a detailed proper examination.

All the best
