Question: I want to lose my weight (specially stomach wait). i am facing lot of issue.

But at first let me know your Height and body weight and if possible waist circumference to calculate if you're actually overweight or not..

To reduce abdominal weight, you must need to be motivated enough as it's a time consuming process and lot of discipline is needed to be implemented the daily life..

First of all you need to join a Gym for specific body work out for this process , and discuss in details with the gym instructor about your plans according to which the future goals will be set ..

Secondly, you need to seek consultation with a Dietitian for preparation of a comprehensive diet planing and diet chart as per your need which will help you further in the process ..

My height is 5.5 inch and weight around 72+ and for your information only need to lose the stomach weight. It's creating a lot problem.

Your BMI is 26.4 which indicates that you're marginally overweight..

Now as I've already explained in details to you that weight loss is a complete process, thus you have to follow a comprehensive plan to execute so (right from diet plan to exercise and life style)..

Only the visible part is creating the feeling of problematic(stomach weight as you've mentioned), but our body doesn't work that way..it's a complete unit..so to achieve success in loosing weight (even if it's stomach area) the full body activity regime must be initiated..
