Brief Answer:
your most important problem is walking difficulty

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As you described you have multiple issues.

Cervical disc prolapse -your most important problem is walking difficulty . Is it because of stiffness in lower limbs and is there spinal cord compression associated with cord signal changes then it needs priority attention and consultation. Is pain limited to neck only or it radiates to upper limbs, if later case is not there it can be managed by thin pillow and isometric neck extension excercises.

For heart problems you should consult cadiologist and may go for angiography if he advices. Since how long you are taking Thyronorm 25 , was it started for high TSH, I am saying so because you feel like heart racing.

It is very good that you so health conscious ,one may take you as anxious or type A personality may be for the same reason you have been prescribed Rexipra plus.

You can share your MRI images and ask further.I hope I was able to answer your query thanks

Hello Sir
I have attached all my medical reports. I am Software Engineering by profession and work for 10 hours on an average with laptop for last 10 years. I am 34 years old.
I am taking thyronorm for elevated TSH. Which was around 7.7 but didn't get reduced with medication foran year until recently I took vitamin D3 tablet(Increased from 7.93 to 21 in 2 weeks) and along with that my TSH got back to normal.
One more thing, my heart fluttering is related to catching cold I feel. It happens when I bath in cold water or in chilled AC or I drink cold drinks or ice cream. I have visited cardiologist but according to him I don't have any issues with my heart.

Please review and provide your valuable suggestion.
